HPV Vaccination Awareness: Myths vs Facts | CCA Nashik

With the growing focus on HPV vaccination across the country, it’s important to address the many myths and misconceptions that still surround it.

At CCA Nashik – Cancer Centers of America, we recently conducted a large HPV vaccination drive across multiple schools, where hundreds of young girls received free vaccination. This meaningful initiative was made possible through the collective support of NGOs, school authorities, and parents who came forward to prioritise preventive healthcare.

As the Government of India has also begun promoting HPV vaccination to prevent cervical cancer, conversations around the vaccine are increasing — and so are the myths. Through this carousel, we aim to separate myths from facts and encourage informed decisions about protecting the health of the next generation.

Because awareness is the first step toward a future free from cervical cancer.
