Early action for lifelong protection- An initiative by CCA NASHIK

On the occasion of World Cancer Day, Ashoka Cancer Centers of America, Nashik took a proactive step towards cancer prevention by organising a preventive healthcare initiative, where 338 girls aged 9–14 received their first dose of the HPV vaccine.

The campaign was inaugurated by Mrs. Smitha Raju, CEO, Cancer Centers of America, in the presence of Dr. Shirish Bhamare, CCA staff members, teachers, and parents. Supported by NGOs and local institutions, the initiative underscored the crucial role of HPV vaccination in preventing cervical cancer—reinforcing the power of early, preventive care in safeguarding young lives.
