Nashik, 22nd March – Taking a step forward in women’s healthcare, Ashoka Cancer Center of America (CCA) has launched a free cancer screening campaign. The initiative, which will run until this month end, aims to provide screening services to over 2,000 women. This information was shared by Dr, Shirish Bhamare, Facility Director of CCA Nashik.

The campaign was inaugurated in the presence of Dr. Roshan Patil, Dr. Sudarshan Pandit, Dr. Shruti Kate, Dr. Lovelin Wilson, Ankita Parekh, and Sonali Dambe, along with medical oncologists and healthcare professionals.

With the rising incidence of cancer in India, early detection plays a crucial role in saving lives. Many types of cancer can be prevented or treated successfully if diagnosed in the early stages. Regular screenings can help reduce treatment costs and improve recovery rates.

The screening program includes Mammography, Pap Smear Tests, and Complete Blood Count (CBC) tests. Women in Nashik are encouraged to take advantage of this free screening initiative and book their appointments at the earliest.
