She is adept in ventilatory management, arterial blood gas analysis, central and arterial line insertions, regional anesthesia blocks, and acute pain management services. An active contributor to academic medicine, Dr Kusalkar has published her research in the Indian Journal of Critical Care Medicine, focusing on the critical timing of invasive mechanical ventilation in severe COVID-19 cases.
