Job Description:

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization's technology operations and ensuring the implementation of efficient IT systems that support business objectives. You will lead a team of IT professionals, manage technology projects, and maintain robust security measures to safeguard the company's data and systems. Your role will be pivotal in driving innovation and ensuring the smooth functioning of the IT infrastructure.


Qualification

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSP) is a plus.

  • Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT management or a related role, with a track record of successfully managing IT operations and projects.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in managing enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems. Familiarity with cloud computing, virtualization, and data management.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage a team of IT professionals, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

  • Project Management: Experience in overseeing IT projects from conception to completion, with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.

  • Budget Management: Ability to manage budgets and make cost-effective decisions regarding technology investments.

  • Security Awareness: Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices, with experience in implementing security measures.

  • Vendor Relations: Experience in managing relationships with vendors and service providers to ensure the best technology solutions for the company.

  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and technological advancements.

  • Support and Troubleshooting: Provide technical support and guidance to employees, resolving IT-related issues promptly.

  • Compliance: Ensure the company's IT operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.
