Duty Doctor (RMO)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Duty Doctor (Resident Medical Officer) to join our team at CCA Hospital. The Duty Doctor will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to patients, ensuring timely and effective treatment. This role involves working closely with other medical professionals to deliver comprehensive healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Provide direct medical care to patients, including diagnosing and treating illnesses, injuries, and other medical conditions.

• Medical Procedures: Perform routine medical procedures and assist in emergency medical situations as required.

• Patient Monitoring: Monitor and record patients' conditions, ensuring all necessary treatments and medications are administered accurately.

• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including specialists, nurses, and administrative staff, to ensure coordinated patient care.

• Communication: Effectively communicate with patients and their families regarding medical conditions, treatment plans, and any other relevant information.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and legal requirements.

• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide immediate care to stabilize patients.

• Shift Management: Oversee the medical activities during your shift, ensuring smooth operation and continuity of care.

Qualifications:

• Education: MBBS or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.

• Experience: 1-6 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a hospital environment.
